3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update your information as needed
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Professional Verification

Professionals using the Service agree to:

• Provide valid licenses and insurance documentation
• Submit to identity verification checks
• Maintain current and valid credentials throughout service use
• Notify CONP immediately of any changes to licensing or insurance status

• Share account credentials with others

7. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes between homeowners and professionals, CONP provides a mediation service. If mediation fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under the laws of Ontario, Canada.

8. Limitation of Liability

CONP is a marketplace platform and is not responsible for the actual work performed by professionals. While we verify credentials, we do not guarantee the quality of work or completion of projects. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for our services.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notifications. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
